Doctors from the HCM City-based “Hoa Tam” charity and their colleagues at the Reasmey Kompong Som Clinic on Jan. 8 provided free check-ups and medicines for more than 200 poor Vietnamese people in Cambodia ’s Preah Siahnouk province.

On the occasion, the “Hoa Tam” charity presented gifts, each worth 200,000 VND (10 USD), to 150 poor patients. The gifts were bought with funding raised by doctors and donors in HCM City .

This was the second time that the organisation and the clinic jointly provided free medical check-ups and medicines for poor Vietnamese people in Cambodia .

In August 2010, the doctors from the Hoa Tam charity examined and presented gifts to 150 Vietnamese patients in the Tonle Sap region./.
