and to co-chair the Vietnam-Laos cooperation and investment conference.
The two-day visit, made at the invitation of Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong, is PM Dung’s first visit overseas after his re-election as Prime Minister of Vietnam.
The delegation includes Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Vu Duc Dam, Planning and Investment Minister Bui Quang Vinh, Industry and Trade Minister Vu Huy Hoang, Natural Resources and Environment Minsiter Nguyen Minh Quang and State Bank Governor Nguyen Van Binh./.
