Programme deepens Vietnam – Russia friendship
An exchange programme was held in Moscow on August 22 to promote friendship between Vietnam and Russia.
At the exchange programme (Photo: VNA)Present at the event were Soviet veterans who helped Vietnam during war as well as Vietnamese individuals who made great contributions to national independence.
Lai Ngoc Doan, a diplomat from the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, said the event helped increase mutual understanding between the two countries.
The Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association and War Veteran Association affirmed they would make more contributions to developing bilateral relations.-VNA
