With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,784 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,458 VND per USD.
The US dollar price saw a slight decrease at commercial banks in the opening hour. Vietcombank listed the buying and selling rates at 22,650 VND and 22,750 per USD, both down 30 VND from the day ago.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,670 VND per USD, down 30 VND and the selling rate at 22,750, unchanged from November 28
Rates were listed 22,650 VND – 22,780 VND per USD, down 20 VND at Techcombank.-VNA
