Reference exchange rate down 2 VND
The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,118 VND per USD on November 23, down by 2 VND from the previous day.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,515 VND per USD, up 35 VND, and the selling rate at 22,595 VND per USD, up 15 VND.
Rates were listed 22,500 – 22,590 VND/USD at Eximbank, up 10 VND from the day ago.
In Techcombank, the rates were listed 22,480 – 22,600 VND/USD, up 10 VND.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,520 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,600 per USD, unchanged from November 22./.
