Reference exchange rate goes down 3 VND
The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,124 VND per USD on December 2, down 3 VND from the day ago.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,635 VND per USD, and the selling rate at 22,715 VND per USD, up 15 VND from the previous day.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,650 VND per USD, down 30 VND, and the selling rate at 22,730 per USD, down 10 VND.
In Techcombank, the buying/selling rates were listed 22,640 – 22,760 VND/USD, up 30 VND and 40 VND, respectively./.
