Reference exchange rate goes up 6 VND
The daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD was set at 22,434 VND on September 12, up 6 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling exchange rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,106 VND and the floor rate 21,762 VND per USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks stayed unchanged from September 11.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed their buying rates at 22,690 VND and selling rates at 22,760 VND per USD, the same as on the previous day.
Techcombank also maintained the rates unchanged at 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,770 VND (selling). -VNA
