With the current trading band of /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied for commercial banks during the day is 23,094 VND and the floor rate 21,750 VND per USD.
The opening hour rates listed at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations.
Vietcombank posted rates at 22,690 VND (buying) and 22,760 VND (selling), up 35 VND in both compared to June 19.
Meanwhile, BIDV raised both rates by 30 VND to 22,685 VND (buying) and 22,755 VND (selling).
Techcombank increased its buying rate by 20 VND to 22,650 VND and its selling rate by 25 VND to 22,760 VND per USD.-VNA
