The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Doosan Heavy Industries will become the
exclusive sponsor of a charitable football tournament, which will be
held in Ho Chi Minh City from June 15.

The charity programme, Doosan The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Doosan Heavy Industries will become the exclusive sponsor of a charitable football tournament, which will be held in Ho Chi Minh City from June 15. Asian Dream Cup 2011, is part of the Asian Dream Cup, which is the first activity of a charity fund named after RoK’s footballer Park Ji-sung – JS Foundation that made debut early this year.
At a meeting in the central province of Quang Ngai on May 17, Park Ji Sung said JS Foundation will try its best to make Doosan Asian Dream a success and become an international charitable sports event.
Twenty-two teenage footballers of Quang Ngai U11 team will be invited to attend the event where Park Ji Sung will teach technical movements to them.
Doosan Heavy Industries is the major investor of Doosan Vina, one of the largest heavy industries complexes in Vietnam .
The group has joined a number of charitable medical check-ups for the Vietnamese disadvantaged people and offer scholarships for disadvantaged students./.
