As part of plans to protect the country’s successes in combating polio during the period 2011-2015, the campaign focuses on high risk areas in 79 districts, towns and cities nationwide.
Since the first polio case with genetic change was discovered in Soc Trang earlier this year, the province’s healthcare sector has vaccinated more than 100,000 children under 5 against the disease, in every district, town and city across the province./.
