The examination will focuses on the quantity and implementation progress of social housing projects or commercial housing projects that have been converted into social facilities.
The MoC also requested localities propose measures to deal with slow-moving projects and other obstacles in order to accelerate the implementation of social housing projects.
According to Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, several localities have actively implemented policies under Government Resolution 02/NQ-CP to remove barriers to business production, market support and the handling of bad debts.
As a result, a number of social housing projects have been promptly completed, partly meeting the demands of low-income residents.-VNA
