Tourists recovering after accident in Laos
All eight people injured in an accident in Viengthong district in the
Lao province of Bolikhamsai are recovering after three days under
treatment at hospitals in the central province of Nghe An.

According to local doctors , the patients were sent to their hospitals in very bad health conditions.
Five of them are now under treatment at the Nghe An Friendship General Hospital while another three are at the Nghe An Midwifery and Children Hospital .
The accident happened on August 10 when a tourist car carrying 13 Lao and two Vietnamese passengers hit a large rock and upturned, claiming two lives and seriously injuring the 13 others.-VNA
