An alliance of leading US businesses and economic experts has revealed its plan to help Cuban private enterprises, especially those in the industrial sector.

According to an April 8 article ran by the Spanish language news agency, the Cuba Study Group and some non-profitable organisations proposed a plan, including designing a website to connect to Cuban individuals to give financial support as well as allow US citizens to contribute money to families in Cuba.

The plan also called on the US Government to allow limit imports of products produced by Cuban private enterprises and cooperatives.

The alliance affirmed its wish to assist Cuba citizens and said that the US should consider its embargo against Cuba in nearly 50 years.

According to the Council of the Americas and the Center for Financial Support, which link with banks to provide small credits, President Barrack Obama’s government could do many things for the Cuban people in accordance with legal regulations at a time the embargo has yet to be lifted./.
