HIV/AIDS impacts on people living with HIV/AIDS and their families in
Hanoi ’s inner Hai Ba Trung and Dong Da districts.
The 60,955 USD project will equip people living with HIV/AIDS and their families in the two districts with home-care skills and necessary knowledge to avoid from being infected.
It will help the infected gain access to health care services and ARV treatments.
By April 30, Hanoi has had files of 20,954 drug users, who are in the high-risk group of HIV/AIDS infection./.
