At the reception, Tuan said the visit contributes to strengthening the special friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries’ armies and people.
Vixay Chanthamath informed Tuan of the outcomes of the talks between the Lao delegation and that of the Science-Technology and Environment Agency under the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence.-VNA
