from March 10-12.

Vietnam has taken part in IBSS for 15 consecutive years. However, the scale and the diversity of Vietnam’s exhibits at this year’s show remained modest compared with IBSS 2012. Tra and basa fillets and other products from the fish species by VASEP affiliates such as Hung Vuong, Bien Dong Seafood and Biafishco companies were on display at the fair.
The fair, the second largest of its kind in the world, introduced new seafood products and up-to-date fishing and seafood processing and packaging technology and services.
Within the framework of IBSS 2013, the Vietnam Seafood Exporters and Processors (VASEP) in association with the Seafood General Department and the TraceVerified company organized a seminar to popularize the country’s fisheries sector.-VNA
