The consensus was reached at a working session between Director the Vietnamese General Department of Military Intelligence under the Ministry of National Defence Luu Duc Huy and Director of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) Research and Intelligence Bureau Chea Tara, in Phnom Penh on June 24.

As part of the three-day visit by the Vietnamese delegation, which started on June 23, the session highlighted the friendship and solidarity between the two governments, armies and peoples, especially the flourishing cooperation in military intelligence.
