Spokeswoman Nguyen Phuong Nga was answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam’s reaction to the Sept. 7 bomb attack at India’s Delhi High Court that killed and injured dozens of people.
She said: “We believe that the culprit who caused this terror attack will be severely punished. We would like to send our deepest sympathy to the government, people and families of victims of the above mentioned terrorist attacks.”/.
