The messages came from French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski, Kyrgyz President Rosa Otunbaeva, Tajikistani President Emomali Rakhmon and Uzbekistani President Islam Karimov.
On the occasion, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also received a message of congratulations from his Ukrainian counterpart, Kostyantyn Gryshchenko./.
