Speaking at the signing ceremony in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Finance Truong Chi Trung said that the agreement will contribute to developing bilateral trade and investment ties as well as strengthening comprehensive cooperation between the two countries through creating a transparent and stable legal environment on taxation for their investors.
Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi M.H. Salama affirmed the signing of the agreement was an important event, reflecting the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Palestine.-VNA
