The messages said the Vietnamese leaders were happy that the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and the Philippines , fostered by the two countries’ leaders and people, had seen fine development and unceasing in-depth promotion, becoming the two peoples’ invaluable treasure.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem also cabled a congratulatory message to Philippine Foreign Minister Albert del Rosario./.
