Le Thi Nguyen Hang from central Da Nang city bagged the silver, while Pham Minh Duc, Tran Le Quoc Khanh and Dao Trong Doanh from northern Nam Dinh province, Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong port city, respectively, earned bronzes.
Last year, Vietnam won four bronze medals.
The country will host the 27th International Biology Olympiad in 2016, according to Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Vinh Hien.-VNA
