Among the winners, Hoang Van Thai triumphed in the men's 800m event as he finished the race in 1 min 52.95sec. Do Thi Thao stood second in the women's 800m race, with a timing of 2:8.95. Le Thi Huyen topped the women's 400m race a timing of 53.34sec. Quach Cong Lich won the men's 400m category in 46.99.
The overall second spot was bagged by Angkatan Tentera Malaysia ATM, who claimed six gold medals. They were followed by Thailand's team, who won five titles.-VNA
