The September 27 meeting reviewed recent humanitarian operations and discussed solutions for future cooperation in this area.
The delegates agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding on humanitarian and charitable activities. The two provinces will coordinate in providing aid, medical treatment and medicine to local residents. They will encourage voluntary blood donations and improve community disaster prevention awareness.-VNA
