Vietnamese hospitals win Asian Management Awards

The Vietnamese facilities were honoured for making constant improvements in their health service quality.
Professor Dr. Vu Van Dinh, President of the Vietnam Association of Intensive Care, Emergency and Toxicology, won the Lifetime Achievement Award. He is the founder of the intensive care, emergency aid and toxicology service in Vietnam .
These awards were announced at the 2012 Hospital Management Asia summit, held in Hanoi on September 14 by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, the International Hospital Federation and the Asian International Federation.
The Asian Hospital Management Awards honor hospitals in Asia that performed the best governance practices and made improvements in treatment and care services to communities.-VNA
