These moves will generate implications to the Libyan people’s life, as well as to peace and stability in the region, spokeswoman Nguyen Phuong Nga said on March 20 on Vietnam ’s reactions to the latest developments in Libya .
“Vietnam calls on concerned parties to keep refrain, quickly put an end to military activities, and actively step up dialogues to seek peaceful solutions that conform the UN Charter and fundamental principles of international laws and respect independence and sovereignty of all nations,” Nga said./.
