This was the conclusion of a Val de Mane’s mission after inspecting French-funded projects in Yen Bai.
At a meeting with the People’s Committee of Yen Bai province during their visit to Yen Bai from Dec. 6-12, the mission also pointed out problems due to recent floods and storms in some projects including the water supply systems in An Thinh and Yen Phu communes in Van Yen district./.
