In the match that took place right after the opening ceremony on June 14, Vietnam beat the Philippines 3-0. Earlier, Myanmar had lost 0-3 to Indonesia .
Four teams - the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia and the host Vietnam will play in a round-robin format. The top team will compete in the Asian qualifying round scheduled for this September in Japan .
The tournament will end on June 16.-VNA
