The remains of unknown soldiers were gathered during the 2013-2014 dry season, beginning in October, with close coordination from the Lao side.
At the burial, representatives from the Government, the Military Zone 2 High Command and Dien Bien authorities, along with local people, offered incense to the war heroes, who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of both Vietnam and Laos.-VNA
