the enclosed VTrue scratch stamp which contains a series of 10-digit
code for e-verification.

Consumers can enter the code on the website http://xacthuc.chinhphu.vn, by sending an SMS to 8137, calling 19006609 toll-free or on the Zalo social network platform as launched in Hanoi on May 12.
If any codes are duplicated, the system will alert consumers about the fake product.
Firms applying for VTrue verification system have the option to add other functions such as e-warranty, marketing or post-sale services.-VNA
