A ground breaking ceremony for the top-end Cleve residential project was held on Dec. 18 in the Van Phu residential area of Hanoi’s south-western district of Ha Dong.

The owner of the 660 million USD project is Inpyung Ltd, a leading house builder and real estate consultant from the Republic of Korea, with the main contractor being Hi Brand Vietnam .

Once completed by 2017, the project will sit on a site in excess of 65,000 sq.m, 40 percent of which will be divided into seven plots, with 15 buildings holding over 4,600 apartments.

The remaining 60 percent of the area will be used as public space for shopping centres, hospitals, schools, a sports centre with swimming pool, an indoor and outdoor stadium, golf course, park, cinema, library and community services such as a nursing home and pet care services.

According to Park Chun Sun, the president of Inpyung, Cleve, which means “Shining star” in French, is designed to be a modern residential area with modern architecture and international standard facilities and services.

The project has a lot of potential because it is located by a very convenient transport route. Local residents can take the 42-metre wide Phuc La – Van Phu Road that crosses Le Van Luong Street to reach Hanoi ’s city centre. In the future they will also be able to travel into Ha Dong town in about 10 minutes once the elevated railway route from Cat Linh Street to Hadong is completed.

Four apartment buildings will be completed by the end of first phase in late 2012./.
