1,000 reporters to cover Hanoi birthday’s celebrations

Pham Quang Long, Director of the Hanoi Culture, Sports and Tourism Department, said on Sept. 27 that two press centres, one at 75 Dinh Tien Hoang street and the other at My Dinh National Stadium are now available. The 75 Dinh Tien Hoang press centre will run round the clock during the 10 days of celebrations.
Over the past time, the city held many activities to celebrate Hanoi ’s birthday, which included many writing contests on Thang Long-Hanoi and a campaign to disseminate information about Hanoi on local radio. Those contests attracted a large number of participants./.
