The injured are now being treated at the Military Hospital 105 in Son Tay town.
At present, the Air Defence-Air Force Service, the High Command of Hanoi Capital City and relevant units are focusing on overcoming the consequences of the incident.
The Russian-made Mi-171 plane of the Helicopter Regiment 916 of the Service’s Air Division 371 with 21 people on board lost contact and came down in Hoa Lac village, Binh Yen commune, Thach That district at 7:46 am, only 16 minutes after it took off from Hoa Lac Airport for a parachute training exercise.
The reason of the accident is now under investigation.-VNA
