search and rescue equipment using official development assistance (ODA)
funds from Finland.
The investment totals more than 16 million EUR, over 15.8 million EUR of which is from Finland’s ODA. The remaining 200,000 EUR is sourced from the Vietnamese Government’s budget.
The project will be implemented between 2015 and 2017, aiming to improve fire-fighting, search and rescue force operations and increase their efficiency.-VNA
