million USD) from the State budget for 18 localities to implement 48
urgent projects to stabilise the lives of free migrant people.

urgent projects to stabilise the lives of free migrant people.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned to complete reports on levels of support, as well as related procedures for disbursement of the advanced capital. The ministry will be in charge of arranging capital for the 2015 and 2016 plans to soon recover the advance.
The People’s Committees of the beneficiary localities will be responsible for managing and using the money for the right purpose and in line with legal regulations while actively mobilising other sources to soon finish their projects.
The Prime Minister also assigned the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, and Agriculture and Rural Development, and t he Government’s Committee for Ethnic Affairs to guide and supervise the localities in the implementation of the projects.-VNA
