Over 600 domestic and foreign exhibitors will join the 24th Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo) in Hanoi from April 16-19, introducing a wide selection of products to the public.
They come from 23 countries and territories, including India, the Czech Republic, Italy, Russia and Japan.
At a press briefing in Hanoi on April 2, Regional Director of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, D.S Raja, said it will be the fourth time Indian firms have joined the event. This year they will come with 30 stalls promoting machinery and traditional handicrafts.
As part of the fair, the organising board will hold meetings for foreign enterprises at production facilities of their partners, helping them reach deals as soon as possible.
Themed “Partnership towards the ASEAN economic community”, the event will be hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.-VNA
