25 teams to compete at Ha Long Vietnam Challenge 2013

Extreme racers in the Rainforest Challenge – Ha Long Vietnam Challenge 2013 will start their engines at the Quang Ninh province’s Tuan Chau Tourism Resort from June 1-5.

After the success of the Ha Long Vietnam Challenge 2012 event, organisers hope the race will once again win the hearts of off-road racing fans with its breathtaking excitement, according to the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Online.

As many as 25 domestic and international off-road teams will join the event, racing both in-ground and out-ground levels.

RFC Ha Long Vietnam Challenge 2013 is part of the Rainforest Challenge series, taking place worldwide, with the key event hosted by Malaysia every December.

The event has become known as Vietnam’s high quality off-road race, thanks to advice and support from professional international organisers.

Last year’s tournament championship went to racer Do Tuan Khanh from the Hanoi off-road club.-VNA
