A 27-storey office building built at a cost of 220 billion VND by the CEO Holdings Co. was officially put into use in Hanoi on Aug. 16.

With a two-level basement for parking and a leasing area of up to 20,000 sq.m, CEO Tower provides suitable spaces for small and medium-sized companies.

Located on Pham Hung street, at Hanoi’s My Dinh new urban area, the tower has advantages of connecting with the capital’s centre and the Noi Bai International Airport .

After two years of construction, CEO tower was officially handed to the CB Richard Ellis Vietnam for management.

According to the CEO Holding’s Chairman Doan Van Binh, the leasing prices for short terms are between 25-40 USD per sq.m, and that for a 50-year duration is 27 million VND (1,500 USD) per sq.m.

So far, up to 50 percent of the tower’s space has been rent./.
