The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of HCM City on Dec. 14 handed over 50,000 USD in aid to the Cambodian Consulate General to assist flood-hit victims in the country.
Since last August, the Cambodian people have been affected by large-scaled and prolonged floods, which resulted in heavy losses of lives and property.
