Hanoi, June 6 (VNA) - Vietnam detected another 65 cases of COVID-19, 60 of which were domestic, in the past 6 hours to 6PM of June 6, according to the Ministry of Health.

The ministry further said 31 cases were logged in the country’s largest hotspot province of Bac Giang, 18 in its neighboring province Bac Ninh, and 11 in Ho Chi Minh City, while the rest were imported.

The new patients brought the total in Vietnam to 7,131 domestic and 1,551 imported cases.

There are 15 provinces that have gone through 14 days with no new cases recorded.

The Ministry of Health is calling on citizens to follow the 5K message, including khau trang (facemask), khu khuan (disinfection), khoang cach (distance), khong tu tap (no gathering), and khai bao y te (health declaration), to help contain the outbreaks./.
