Agreements with India, Japan get approval
The Government has approved a protocol on adjustments to the Agreement on Double Taxation Avoidance with India, which was signed in Hanoi on September 3, 2016.

The Prime Minister has also given his approval to the content of an agreement on lending and financial mechanisms for ODA loans funded by the Japanese Government, to be used for the Economic Management and Competitiveness Credit (EMCC-III) programme and the Support Programme to Respond to Climate Change in Vietnam (SP-RCC-VII) in the 2016 fiscal year.
In addition, the Prime Minister gave consent to a proposal on cooperation with Japan to build capacity of ensuring waterway transport safety.-VNA
