The centre aims to disseminate information about Party and State laws and policies, as well as new national military and defence missions in the process of building a people-based national defence system.
Lt. Gen. Ngo Xuan Lich asked the centre to complete a scheme to be presented to the Government, for the daily broadcast of an independent army radio and television channel, beginning on the 67th VPA anniversary (Dec. 22)./.
