Arrests made after threat to national security
The investigation branch of the Ministry of Public Security has put forward a criminal case and arrested Tran Huynh Duy Thuc from Ho Chi Minh City and Le Thang Long from Quang Ngai for acting against the State under Article 88 of Vietnam’s Penal Code.
The investigation branch of the Ministry of Public Security has put forward a criminal case and arrested Tran Huynh Duy Thuc from Ho Chi Minh City and Le Thang Long from Quang Ngai for acting against the State under Article 88 of Vietnam’s Penal Code.
The ministry’s General Security Department announced the information at a press conference held concurrently in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on June 18.
The agency has previously arrested Le Cong Dinh from Ho Chi Minh City for violating the same article of the Penal Code./.
