Koy Kuong, spokesman for the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said on March 8 that Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa sent a letter on March 7 to propose the meetings of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) and the Joint Border Committee on Demarcation for Land Boundary (JBC), in Bogor.

Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong cabled a letter to agree with the proposed schedule, saying that the meetings must be in the presence of the ASEAN chair or representative, at least at the opening ceremonies, and Cambodia and Thailand must report on the results to the ASEAN chair when the meetings wrap up./.
