ASEAN Vice Secretary General Lim Hong Hin noted that the potential for promoting cooperation between ASEAN and the EU is huge, however, the rate of trade exchange between the two sides accounted for only 9.8 percent of the total value of trade exchange between ASEAN and its other partners in 2011.-VNA
