The Health Ministries of Vietnam and Thailand co-held an exercise on response to any outbreak of Ebola for ASEAN+3, according to Nhan Dan (People) newspaper.

The event aimed to raise the disease response capacity through exchanging information, piloting cooperation mechanisms, and boosting communications on disease risks between ASEAN+3 countries.

Participating countries exchanged views on monitoring, investigating Ebola cases and publishing information and recommendations on Ebola and other emerging infectious diseases in the time ahead.
