Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi-based Bach Mai hospital has announced that a general clinic of its second branch will be put into use in Phu Ly city, the northern province of Ha Nam from March 25.

The clinic accommodates 16 clinical rooms, 12 subclinical lab, functional and imaging rooms.

In order to meet demand for health check-ups and treatment at the second branch, the hospital sent over 120 doctors, nurses and medical staff to the facility.

Head of the second branch’s Health Check-up Department Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc said the facility only ensures outpatient treatment and first aid. In case of inpatient and intensive treatment, patients will be sent to the first branch for free in Hanoi.

The clinic is expected to serve 1,000 – 1,500 patients each day.

Its working time lasts from Monday to Friday, and does not include public holidays and weekends.-VNA
