The Belarus Ambassador to Vietnam, Alexander Kutselai, has been awarded the Friendship Order for his positive contributions to strengthening traditional friendship relations and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Belarus.
The order was presented to him by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Cuong in Hanoi on August 4.
Ambassador Kutselai expressed his great honour on receiving this noble award of the Vietnamese State and Government, considering it as a great gesture of friendship from the Vietnamese State, Government and people for the Belarus people.
He affirmed that he would do his utmost to further promote the special relationship between the two countries./.
