The project “Better work” has been running for four years in Vietnam . It is a partnership project between the International Labour Organisation and the International Financial Corporation. It also aims to enhance the effectiveness of Vietnamese exporters.

Over the past four year, nearly 200 garment and textile enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh and Ben Tre participated in the project that has helped improve labour conditions for more than 200,000 workers.

The project has made recommendations to help enterprises improve their productivity and working environment.
