The British Council in Vietnam has launched an intensive English course on economic diplomacy for employees of the Foreign Ministry.

The programme is part of a UNDP-funded project that aims to enhance economic development policy and communications between the government and the business community.

During the eight-week course, 30 trainees will have the chance to practice their listening, reading, speaking and writing skills on topics relating to free trade, global economic issues and monetary policies.
